Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Tami Business Tribe – 90-day training. We strive to provide quality educational services to our students. In the event, that you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.

1. Refund Eligibility:

Students are eligible for a refund within 14 days from the date of enrollment, subject to the following conditions:

• The refund request is made within 14 days of the initial enrollment date.
• The student has completed less than 20% of the course content.

1. Partial or Full Refund:

Full Refund: If the student meets the eligibility criteria and wishes to receive a full refund, the entire course fee will be refunded.

Partial Refund:

If the student has completed more than 20% of the course content but is still within the 14 days, a partial refund may be granted based on the progress made and at the discretion of Tamil Business Tribe.

3. Refund Request Proces:

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support at support@marketingmafia.guru to initiate the refund process.
Provide the necessary details, including your name, course details, reason for the refund, and any supporting information.
We will review your request and inform you of the decision within 14 business days.

4. Refund Processing :

• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial purchase.
• The processing time for refunds may vary and is subject to the policies of the payment processor.

4. Exclusions

This refund policy does not apply to:

• Any course or program for which the student has exceeded the 14-day eligibility period.
